After doing a couple of earlier posts about the start of shemuscle as well as some of my early shoots, i thought that i would try to locate the very first woman with muscle that i ever photographed [besides amateur snapshots of my ex, Gladys Portugues]
According to my photo shoot log, my very first, was the during the summer of 1996. The girl I photographed was a member of the gym I owned in New York City, Better Bodies. I photographed her at Hotel 17, which was a very cool low tech hotel, the manager was a member of my gym too, so he gave me access to all of the really cool rooms.
