Can you “pec bounce”? Can you bounce your biceps? Do you know about muscle control? These are questions I’ve been asked, by men in public, and by men on shemusclelive webcams, over and over. Despite having honed a beautiful, sculpted, muscular physique, I am far from perfect. I can pose, flex, role play, dom or sub, tease and flirt, but the one thing I cannot seem to master is the art of muscle control, specifically pectoral control.
Christy Resendes is known for her pec and bicep bouncing abilities, so I asked her to send me a video to show you guys, Thanks Christy!

Well I’m back from Ohio and I’ve had a chance to take a quick look at all of the shoots I did while at the Arnold Classic. Here are a few teasers. It was a great trip, I am always booked when i travel to a big show, but this time I did eleven shoots [more than I can ever remember], I was bleary eyed by the end. I got a chance to shoot with old friends as well as new friends. I got to meet some of the great women from shemusclelive.com, that i have only seen on cam.

The Expo was more out of control than i can ever remember. It was impossible to navigate the aisles without getting trampled by people fighting over another dumb free tee shirt. How nice it would be if they widened the aisles. Oh, but that would cost more wouldn’t it? My bad.
