Well, I just finalized my travel arrangements for the 2009 Olympia. I am starting to finalize my shoot schedule now. Although my schedule is always subject to change, right now im trying to make plans with Melissa Dettwiller, Nikki Jackson, Kim Ferrel, Amanda Falstad, Tammi Bellon, Carmella Cureton Debra D’Andrea, Tina Zampa and Roxie Rain. Whew.

So this years Olympia is “shaping up” to be as much fun as last year [if that's possible]. I have pulled together a gallery of some of the hottest shots from last years Olympia just to remind you guys…..

I have been bodybuilding for 26 years – started training 1980 and did my first show in 1984. I have competed in over 25 contest winning both state and national titles. I am right over 5′4 and in the off season I weight around 150 and compete at 140. I never get over 10% bodyfat – always in excellent condition.
